So in this case the dress looks exactly like picture, it is beautiful! I will be posting pictures once my daughter wears it. I think I just may have to have it altered for my daughter, she has a small bust size for her frame, and it’s just like its floating at the top. My daughter did pick another dress she’s ordered, to be certain she has a backup if the alterations won’t work out! The customer service did answer the emails! Most of these companies overseas typically answer the phone at night so around at 7 o’clock I believe, that’s I started getting answers for my emails! They were willing to issue a refund but from now the thing is they weren’t quite helpful on returns so I decided to just keep this dress, she can’t lose, having an extra gown. She has two more Proms to attend before she graduates! This is a Homeschool Prom, so she attends every year until graduation, so maybe next year she’ll wear this! It is a very high-quality well made formal dress. I have no complaints about the quality of the gown! It is actually beautiful, and the color illuminates in the light because of the tulle, it shimmers. As long as you have your measurements together, you will have a perfectly beautiful dress, so the sizing off because I didn’t take her measurements, that was my error! I thought I could just order her size a bit larger and it’ll fit just like the one I bought her last year, It didn’t work out but, if you get your measurements right it’ll be a dress for you. If she wears it I’ll post more pics!The dress was beautiful! Unfortunately, it was several inches too long. It was a very good value. It would have cost me a fortune to have it hemmed because of the different tiers and I felt like the dress was more like a prom dress and too young for the mother of the groom.
